About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and set the strategic direction for Technology Business Partnering and Architecture functions to deliver outcomes aligned to firm priorities.
- Build and foster a high-performing Strategy, Engagement & Architecture community, guiding senior specialists and leaders.
- Define and drive enterprise technology strategies and roadmaps, including AI-enabled capabilities, ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Own demand intake, prioritisation, and governance processes, providing senior leadership and clear executive-level visibility of portfolio priorities and risks.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience leading enterprise technology strategy, business partnering, and architecture across complex portfolios or functions.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence investment decisions, portfolio trade-offs, and measure business value outcomes.
- Expertise in enterprise and solution architecture, AI technology adoption, governance, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior executives across global technology teams.
- Experience managing global technology relationships balancing local priorities with global strategic standards.
- Ability to lead governance forums and drive enterprise-level decision-making under ambiguity and competing priorities.
