About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide tax advice and guidance during mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.

Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-7 years' experience in the same or closely related industry.
- Direct experience working with UK CT and REIT.
- Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint, MS Project or any other project Management tool.
- Financially literate: understanding of accounting and key finance concepts and processes.
- Strong background in UK CT, Property & Real Estate Tax, NRLs and REITs.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage budgets.
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team and work on multiple projects at once.
- Proven ability to delegate tasks and work streams to other team members and leverage other business shared resources to deliver complex financial models.
- Willingness to contribute to the creation of a new proposition and to bring new ideas/solutions to the table.
- Keen interest in staying up to speed with technology solutions and applying / implementing new ways of working / solutions to projects.
- Excellent communication skills and personal impact, as well as a keen interest in developing self and others.
- Is a team player, committed to providing high quality and maintaining timelines.
