About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development and deployment of the SIOP process across the organisation.
- Integrate demand, supply, inventory and financial planning into a single, aligned framework.
- Drive cross-functional planning processes to ensure alignment across the business.
- Develop forecasts, demand plans and scenario modelling to support decision-making.
- Assess supply chain capacity and constraints against programme requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
- Ensure governance, processes and systems for planning are defined and maintained.
- Coordinate planning cycles and communicate outputs across internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practice within planning and control.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience in planning, SIOP or integrated business planning environments.
- Deep understanding of supply chain planning, demand forecasting and inventory management.
- Experience in capacity planning and scenario modelling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrix organisation.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving decision-making.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and planning tools.
- Experience in manufacturing, infrastructure, energy or complex project environments desirable.
