About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing contracts, customer master data, and compliance processes across North and Latin America
- Acting as a coordinator between legal, contract management, and global customer data teams
- Ensuring accurate documentation, process adherence, and alignment with company policies
- Maintaining the internal contract database
- Updating and maintaining customer master data in SAP
- Supporting distributor network initiatives and cross-functional projects
- Ensuring contractual documents are communicated and retained as required
- Creating and developing local work instructions
- Engaging in strategic campaigns and initiatives to manage Distributor Network in North and Latin America
- Preparing presentations for Senior Leadership
- Supporting and executing project work assigned to the Network & Distribution Team
- Maintaining professional relationships with company employees, clients, and customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales
- 3 years of experience in supply chain, distribution management, project management, service operations; or 7 years of experience in related fields
- Strong knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- Previous experience using analytical, organizational, and administrative skills to identify and solve problems
- Previous experience in Project Management fields
