About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process purchasing award summaries and purchasing documents for suppliers directly related to maintenance, repair and operational goods and services within RRPS global compliance policies
Develop sourcing lists and monitor supplier performance
Aggressively resolve all pricing, invoicing, and contract related issues with the suppliers
Negotiate pricing, terms and annual contracts with suppliers, especially for goods and services utilized at RRSA operational and remote facilities.
Analyze supplier cost/pricing information and benchmark the competition
Manage purchase requisition queue, vendor invoice management queue
Maintain open communication between internal departments, management, and suppliers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, Materials Management, Finance, OR Packaging Engineering, and 3 years of procurement, materials management, supplier cost analysis, or supply chain management experience; OR 7 years of experience in procurement, materials management, supplier cost analysis, or supply chain management
Experience in handling confidential, sensitive matters with discretion
