About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead your team with a goal-oriented, team-focused approach, applying your leadership skills effectively and situationally
- Manage collaboration between development teams within RRPS and with internal & external partners worldwide
- Conduct contract and price negotiations and develop framework agreements
- Monitor and control the procurement process up to series production approval
- Work closely with the development department, series ramp-up management, and supply chain
- Develop and coordinate measures to resolve procurement disruptions (delivery delays, product discontinuations, market shortages, obsolescence)
- Continuously work on optimizing workflows, employing modern working methods and digital solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Team player; several years of leadership experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills, confident demeanor, and negotiation skills
- Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP
- Willingness to travel
