About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Liaison with a wide range of stakeholders including project sponsors and various business groups.
Direct contact and liaison with external bodies such as supply chain consultants and local authorities.
Responsibility for developing inputs/outputs to capital planning to ensure a robust view on targeted annual spend.
Management of the project/programme considering delivery, schedule performance, health and safety, cost management, and risk management.
Accountability for administering and coordinating the project workload based on budget and resource availability.
Develop and communicate project management/business plans and detailed plans, budgets, and statements of work.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience working in the construction industry.
Excellent knowledge of Construction Design Management.
Ideally a member of APMP or similar.
