About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Liaison with a wide range of stakeholders including project sponsors and various business groups.
  • Direct contact and liaison with external bodies such as supply chain consultants and local authorities.
  • Responsibility for developing inputs/outputs to capital planning to ensure a robust view on targeted annual spend.
  • Management of the project/programme considering delivery, schedule performance, health and safety, cost management, and risk management.
  • Accountability for administering and coordinating the project workload based on budget and resource availability.
  • Develop and communicate project management/business plans and detailed plans, budgets, and statements of work.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive experience working in the construction industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of Construction Design Management.
  • Ideally a member of APMP or similar.
