About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide local technical support in respect of the operation and maintenance for customer engines
  • Ensure prompt resolution of technical issues thus minimizing operational disruption
  • Resolve customer technical Issues in line with contractual requirements and provide support to help maintain customer satisfaction/complaint targets and delivery
  • Input engine events and data highlighting to the wider organisation
  • Manage the “in service” customer relationships across various levels within the Customer, OEM and Supplier organisations
  • Monitor and input fleet data to liaise with the customer community

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Be technically competent to at least HND level or having equivalent relevant experience
  • Have experience of aircraft propulsion system and maintenance at ML1 / ML2
  • Have knowledge of Regulatory Requirements (Military and/or Civil)
  • Have experience of dealing in a customer facing environment
  • Have the capability to be Responsive, Flexible and Agile in your work
