About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the Transformation Office operating cadence and strategic planning across Global Field Readiness.
- Maintain roadmap source of truth and strategic accountability across the portfolio.
- Translate business priorities into clear workstreams, ownership, sequencing, and success criteria.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across readiness leadership, product, technology, analytics, and operations.
- Provide clarity on portfolio direction, tradeoffs, timing, and lifecycle stage across major initiatives.
- Lead the portfolio across Coaching, Planning, Onboarding, enablement reporting, and supporting readiness platforms.
- Guide AI and agentic enablement architecture, innovation priorities, and product direction in partnership with technical and product leaders.
- Oversee development pipeline health, release management, technical standards, and readiness for production-facing work.
- Create executive updates, stakeholder communication, and reporting that are credible, clear, and decision-ready.
- Lead an agent-first way of working that improves visibility, clarity, execution speed, and operating efficiency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Senior leader with experience in transformation, readiness, enablement, product, strategy, operations, or related functions.
- Strong product portfolio leader who can set direction and drive execution across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Comfortable operating in AI- and agent-enabled environments and partnering closely with technical and product teams.
- Strong executive communicator who can align stakeholders, simplify complexity, and build confidence in the work.
- Able to turn ambiguity into structured work, measurable outcomes, and durable operating models.
- Brings meaningful delivery discipline without reading as a pure execution or PMO profile.
