About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with key stakeholders and Chief Procurement Officer to develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy.
  • Continuously assess and adjust the strategy to respond to market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers.
  • Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, pricing, and performance.
  • Drive agentic transformation and process streamlining in Sourcing & Procurement organizations
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain visibility, flexibility, and responsiveness.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years in procurement leadership roles with a track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Strategic and transformational thinker.
  • Experience with process automation and agentic transformation
  • Adept at navigating and building relationships in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Ability to influence senior management and key stakeholders by communicating the org’s vision and accomplishments.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and data analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in procurement.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Strong communication, executive engagement, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical and sustainable procurement practices.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
