Build and ship high-quality, production-grade software using modern engineering practices
Design and orchestrate complex systems where AI agents integrate seamlessly into human workflows
Mentor engineers and provide thoughtful, in-depth code reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of professional experience building and shipping web applications and developer tooling
proficiency in JavaScript (JS), TypeScript, and Python
hands-on experience with API design and development
experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Cursor)
strong communication skills
positive attitude
empathy for developers
desire to continually improve
experience with Hack and XHP is preferred
experience with Java or Go is preferred
experience with web analytics, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and data-driven optimization is preferred
experience building Slack Apps is preferred
