About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create, deliver, and manage high-impact, interactive customer workshops.
  • Design and develop sophisticated Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Proof of Technology (PoTs).
  • Collaborate directly with customer technical and business teams to build prototype solutions, ensuring a deep sense of co-ownership and technical validation.
  • Articulate complex AI architectures and Agentic Use Cases into tangible business value summaries that resonate with C-level financial executives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong fluency in modern AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and autonomous agent architectures.
  • Proven experience building with modern AI tools, low-code/pro-code AI builders, and specifically AgentForce or equivalent autonomous agent frameworks.
  • Comfort working within complex development orgs and customer sandbox environments; ability to safely configure, test, and deploy prototype solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the Banking, Wealth Management, or Insurance verticals, including their unique operational workflows, compliance considerations, and customer pain points.
  • Ability to identify and define Agentic Use Cases (e.g., automated loan underwriting support, autonomous wealth advisory assistants, claims processing agents) and map them directly to business ROI.
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with a track record of managing technical workshops for both highly technical and non-technical business audiences.
