About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, scale, and inspire a sales organization
  • Partner with C-level client executives
  • Exceed Operating Unit growth and bookings targets
  • Conduct rigorous weekly forecast meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of sales experience
  • 5+ years of sales management and consultative selling experience
  • History of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company)
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain C-level relationships
  • A passion for and/or knowledge of CRM and AI enterprise solutions
  • Strong, demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly collaborative and excels in a highly complex, matrix environment
