About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategic pre-sales engagements for enterprise and strategic accounts
- Architect, build, and deliver hands-on Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
- Deliver world-class, customised product demonstrations
- Lead executive-level discovery and whiteboarding sessions
- Design and present comprehensive solution architectures
- Champion Data Management and Governance best practices
- Lead complex RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, and business value assessments
- Represent Salesforce as a thought leader
- Mentor and coach junior SEs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10–12 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or marketing/data technology roles
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong executive presence
- Highly hands-on profile
- Proven ability to design and execute end-to-end PoCs
- Strong background in Martech and AdTech technologies
- Deep expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
- Proven expertise in Data Lakehouse architecture
- Strong knowledge of Data Management concepts
- Experience designing enterprise-grade data architectures
- Strong experience with data ingestion patterns
- Relevant Salesforce certifications: Marketing Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, or equivalent
- Demonstrated vertical expertise in one or more of: Financial Services, Real Estate, Retail & Consumer Goods, EdTech, FinTech, Telecom, Media & Entertainment, Technology & GICs
- Deep domain expertise in at least three of the following: Data Cloud/CDP, Marketing Automation, Agentic AI, Data Management/ETL, Adtech/Martech, or Campaign Orchestration
- Strong understanding of data architectures including data lakes, lakehouses, warehouses, and streaming platforms
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or equivalent enterprise marketing platforms
- Ability to present complex technical solutions to both C-level executives and technical practitioners
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and whiteboarding skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
