About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the IT Transformation department in planning, executing, and monitoring IT transformation projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to facilitate smooth operations and communication among team members.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk registers.
Track project progress and performance, providing regular updates and reports to Transformation Managers and other relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, IT, or a related field.
Possess a strategic mindset and a strong interest in IT organizations and transformation.
Basic knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Miro and Power BI is a plus.
Structured, proactive, and enjoy working collaboratively across teams.
Fluent in both German and English.
Reside in or near the Cologne, Munich, or Sevenum area.
