About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, manage, and execute both organic and paid social media strategies

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications, or related field
- 1-3+ years of marketing experience with a focus on organic and paid social media.
- Agency experience a plus
- Portfolio of social media content is required
- Strong understanding of the major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Glassdoor, and others)
- Proven ability to create and edit short-form video content (such as Reels, TikToks)
- Experience in content creation for social media with a creative eye and willingness to push boundaries on new ideas and concepts
- Strong writing and storytelling skills tailored for digital platforms
- Ability to manage social media communities with timely and helpful responses
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
