About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and lead key initiatives in digital product readiness and shareholder reporting
- Prepare, review, and coordinate financial reports for accuracy and compliance
- Oversee the production of digital asset product financial reports
- Help drive operational efficiencies via automation of reporting processes
- Collaborate with teams to enhance processes and support growing product sets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in financial services
- Advanced knowledge of alternative investments and digital products
- In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and investment company reporting
- Strong understanding of risk, controls, and regulatory requirements
- Experience with accounting and reporting platforms (e.g., Geneva, InvestOne)
- Strong data proficiency, including Excel
- Proven ability to lead process improvement and operational efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MBA or CPA preferred
