About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare the production of financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate and/or lead operational efficiencies to scale and automate processes
- Interact with many groups within the Fidelity organization and effectively represent the business to customers and business partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree expected
- 5 years of financial services experience with an asset manager, audit firm or custodian bank, preferably in accounting operations or administration for alt investment products
- Accounting and operational knowledge for alternative asset classes (e.g., commodities, real estate, private debt, private equity, distressed securities, derivatives, cryptocurrencies)
- Experience preparing financial statements and related content for 10-K and 10-Q filings for products structured as BDCs, ETPs or REITs
- Strong computer and application skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
