About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- negotiating and managing complex B2B contracts
- representing Fidelity in its administration of retirement and compensation benefits

Requirements
What you’ll need- Over 6 years of demonstrated experience in legal, contracts, and/or compliance roles
- expertise in contract, brokerage, retirement, and/or data privacy law
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including exceptional contract drafting, review, and negotiation capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues and build consensus
- A dedication to staying current with evolving legal and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to serve as a trusted advisor to internal business partners
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Texas, New York, and/or Rhode Island
- Law firm or equivalent experience preferred
