Requirements

What you’ll need

Over 6 years of demonstrated experience in legal, contracts, and/or compliance roles
expertise in contract, brokerage, retirement, and/or data privacy law
Strong oral and written communication skills, including exceptional contract drafting, review, and negotiation capabilities
Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues and build consensus
A dedication to staying current with evolving legal and regulatory requirements
Proven ability to serve as a trusted advisor to internal business partners
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Texas, New York, and/or Rhode Island
Law firm or equivalent experience preferred
