Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including exceptional contract drafting, review, and negotiation capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues and build consensus
  • A dedication to staying current with evolving legal and regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability to serve as a trusted advisor to internal business partners
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Texas, New York, and/or Rhode Island
  • Law firm or equivalent experience preferred
