About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

lead, develop, and scale the Fidelity Digital Assets® Regulatory Controls and Governance organization; oversee hiring, performance management, and talent development
lead Finance coordination for regulatory examinations; own exam readiness processes including workplans and deliverables
own Regulation W governance and oversight program
own ongoing regulatory reporting routines and creation of new requirements
design and implement regulatory controls and frameworks; strengthen governance routines
develop leadership reporting and KRIs
lead and mentor team; drive accountability and continuous improvement
oversee creation of wind-down plans for new products as well as oversight of existing procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree preferred
10 years of progressive finance leadership experience in regulated businesses
Experience in digital assets, capital markets, or financial services
