About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- leading the development and execution of investment accounting frameworks

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA and/or master’s degree in Accounting preferred
- 10+ years of relevant accounting, including public accounting and/or consolidated investment reporting experience
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience preparing and reviewing financial statements
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and internal control frameworks
- Demonstrated technical expertise in investment accounting for both investment and non-investment companies across a range of products (including alternative structures: CLOs, LPs, Private Credit, Private Equity), with the ability to apply accounting guidance to drive consistent, accurate financial reporting
- Experience managing vendor relationships and leading the implementation and ongoing optimization of new technology platforms, with an innovative and strategic mindset
- Collaborative leadership style with experience coaching and developing others while maintaining accountability for outcomes
- Ability to navigate and understand complex organizational and ownership structures
- Demonstrated judgment, initiative, and an inquisitive mindset with a focus on strengthening processes and controls
- Clear, confident communicator with the ability to translate detailed analysis into executive‑level insights and partner effectively across the organization
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments
- Curiosity for technology and experience working with financial systems, reporting platforms, and analytical tools
