About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Providing advanced administrative support to at least two Vice President level roles within the Brokerage organization
- Managing a complex and ever changing calendar
- Scheduling and coordination of meetings, including agenda development
- Creating reports and high quality presentations utilizing Excel and PowerPoint
- Coordinating travel, organizing and processing expenses and invoices
- Assisting with larger group initiatives as needed
- Partnering with your peers and colleagues to ensure adequate support for the executive team, including vacation/absence coverage
Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor's degree strongly preferred, and experience in administrative assistant work supporting leaders
- Must have 6 years of experience in administrative support or like roles
- Polished administrative with professional maturity and previous corporate environment experience
- Ability to support multiple functions simultaneously
- Effectively interact with senior level management both internally and with external clients
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Extremely detail-oriented and possess strong communication and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products and eagerness to develop expertise in these programs
- Skilled in SharePoint and able to develop and maintain sites
- Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and adapt to new technology
- Proven ability to prioritize, react and think quickly
- You are a self-starter with strong sense of ownership and involvement
- You seek clarification or assistance when needed
- You desire to work as a true partner with executives and anticipate needs
- Your willingness to get involved with the work of the larger team
