About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and manage event registration sites in Cvent
- Manage registration sites and provide updates to planning teams/program managers
- Communicate with planners and key business partners on event logistics, registration status, scheduling, attendance and attendee feedback
- Plan for and execute the creation and printing of name badges, agendas, attendee lists, biographies, and all other meeting materials requiring production (tent cards, dinner cards, etc.)
- Research premium items, negotiate pricing and ship to events as necessary
- Invoice management - process invoices and follow up on status of payments
- Research and source venues, premiums, speakers and ad hoc requests
- On-site support for events as needed
- Ensure that feedback from all events is collected, analyzed, and reported to business leads
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years’ experience in event coordination and/or event support.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Cvent Event Management/Database software experience a must.
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate between different departments.
- Analytical skills and knowledge of data management for events
- Fully proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
