About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manages and leads a team of Communications Consultants (CCs)
- Responsible for client consulting, design and execution of benefits communication and education efforts for plan sponsors
- Builds positive relationships with internal business partners
- Supervises registered representatives.
- Reviewing key performance indicator metrics and trends
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree – Required or equivalent with 12-15 years of experience
- 7+ years of management experience is required
- Experience in employee benefits communication and/or financial services required
- Series 7, 63 and 24 required or attained within 90 days of hire
- Ability to hire, manage, coach, and develop a diverse team across multiple geographical locations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
