Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required
  • 7 years of proven experience
  • Deep knowledge of performance methodologies
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Snowflake (querying), PowerBI or modern data platforms preferred
  • Experience working with third-party data and tools such as Morningstar Direct, Lipper, or similar platforms
  • CFA, CIPM, or CAIA preferred or willingness to pursue
