About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Utilize consulting, analysis, and domain skills for optimal client outcomes
- Provide business analysis support for client advised projects
- Serve as requirements expert
- Collaborate with Director- Client HealthCare Consulting to define client-specific configurable variations
- Conduct analysis and document findings
- Execute procedures and improve processes
- Validate and/or test efforts to ensure results meet requirements
- Create training materials and assist in coaching virtual team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience
- 3+ years of Health and Welfare benefits service experience
- Understanding of benefits administration system
- Prior client implementation and/or platform migration experience a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications - medium Excel knowledge including VLOOKUP experience.
- Ability to independently manage one’s own workload
- The ability to critically analyze complex business requirements/product issues
- Regulatory and legislative knowledge in aligned service area
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
