About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Utilize consulting, analysis, and domain skills for optimal client outcomes
Provide business analysis support for client advised projects
Serve as requirements expert
Collaborate with Director- Client HealthCare Consulting to define client-specific configurable variations
Conduct analysis and document findings
Execute procedures and improve processes
Validate and/or test efforts to ensure results meet requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience
3+ years of Health and Welfare benefits service experience
Understanding of benefits administration system
Prior client implementation and/or platform migration experience a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications - medium Excel knowledge including VLOOKUP experience.
Ability to independently manage one’s own workload
The ability to critically analyze complex business requirements/product issues
Regulatory and legislative knowledge in aligned service area
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
