About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Utilize consulting, analysis, and domain skills for optimal client outcomes
  • Provide business analysis support for client advised projects
  • Serve as requirements expert
  • Collaborate with Director- Client HealthCare Consulting to define client-specific configurable variations
  • Conduct analysis and document findings
  • Execute procedures and improve processes
  • Validate and/or test efforts to ensure results meet requirements
  • Create training materials and assist in coaching virtual team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience
  • 3+ years of Health and Welfare benefits service experience
  • Understanding of benefits administration system
  • Prior client implementation and/or platform migration experience a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications - medium Excel knowledge including VLOOKUP experience.
  • Ability to independently manage one’s own workload
  • The ability to critically analyze complex business requirements/product issues
  • Regulatory and legislative knowledge in aligned service area
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
