About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support in a Project environment for client-advised projects
- Ensure systems function according to detailed business requirements
- Collaborate within the Configuration Chapter on new client implementations
- Translate client requirements into technical specifications
- Assist in defining and analyzing client requirement changes for Annual Enrollment and Ongoing Projects
- Perform data analysis and reporting for effective client decisions
- Build test scenarios for Unit and Regression Testing
- Perform root cause analysis when issues arise before and after code migrations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or higher is required
- 5-7 years of experience in Health and Welfare Domain is preferred
- Ability to evaluate client requirements against HOBS and FHB platform functionality
- In-depth knowledge of configuration solutions to support implementation lifecycle
- Strong analytical skills
- Competence in application/technology experience such as PLSQL, SQL, MS Access
- Ability to write and process complex SQL queries
- Good interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
