About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Network development & partner acquisition: Actively build a reliable network of employment agents, vocational advisers and B2B cooperation partners in the Halle (Saale) and Berlin areas.
  • Qualification partnerships: Develop and maintain sustainable collaborations with staff at the Federal Employment Agency, job centers and regional education and network partners to increase participant referrals.
  • Representation & visibility: Maintain an active presence in relevant regional networks; represent WK at events and committees.
  • Location consulting: Provide personal consultations to prospective participants about our AZAV-certified training and retraining programs at our locations.
  • Pipeline & reporting: Structured creation and maintenance of a qualitative partner and prospect pipeline; close coordination with the location team to optimize conversion.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in the education or further training sector, sales, partnership management or a comparable role — for example as an employment agent, career counsellor or in a similar position with proximity to the Federal Employment Agency or job centers.
  • An existing network of employment agents, contacts at the Federal Employment Agency, job centers or regional network partners in the Halle or Berlin area is a clear advantage.
  • Knowledge of the funding landscape in vocational further education — in particular the education voucher (SGB III), activation and placement voucher (AVGS) and AZAV funding structures — is desirable.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills when dealing with decision-makers at various levels — from caseworkers to team leaders.
  • Entrepreneurial initiative: You don’t wait for leads — you generate them.
  • Willingness to travel within the Halle (Saale) and Berlin region and a valid Class B driving licence.
  • Prior experience with pipeline management in our CRM system (HubSpot).
