About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supporting the Strategy, Operations & Execution Director/CAO of TEI by coordinating strategic planning, communications, work management, employee engagement, budget and reporting across the TEI organization.
Acting as a trusted advisor and partner to the TEI leadership team, ensuring the efficient operation and execution of key initiatives and internal projects.
Driving the creation and implementation of a skills framework, talent strategy and overall skills development plan.
Monitoring industry trends and providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
Facilitating strategic planning sessions and ensuring alignment across the organization.
Developing and implementing persona-based communication strategies across the organization.
Collaborating with Corporate Communications to oversee the development and execution of communication plans and content that articulate TEI’s vision, strategy and initiatives.
Developing and tracking OKRs and KPIs for the organization aligned to overall Invesco / Tech & Ops strategy and goals.
Utilizing TEI operational and financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Ensuring timely and accurate reporting to support decision-making processes.
Providing administrative and operational support to the Strategy, Operations & Execution Director/CAO of TEI and Head of TEI.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-10 years related work experience
Demonstrated success and experience in executing initiatives and strategies
Proven ability with verbal and written communications
Structured, detailed approach to work and disciplined time management skills
Proven experience working in a collaborative environment and building strong relationships at all levels of the organization
A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, technology or related field of study or equivalent years of direct work experience.
