About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting the Strategy, Operations & Execution Director/CAO of TEI by coordinating strategic planning, communications, work management, employee engagement, budget and reporting across the TEI organization.
- Acting as a trusted advisor and partner to the TEI leadership team, ensuring the efficient operation and execution of key initiatives and internal projects.
- Driving the creation and implementation of a skills framework, talent strategy and overall skills development plan.
- Monitoring industry trends and providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Facilitating strategic planning sessions and ensuring alignment across the organization.
- Developing and implementing persona-based communication strategies across the organization.
- Collaborating with Corporate Communications to oversee the development and execution of communication plans and content that articulate TEI’s vision, strategy and initiatives.
- Developing and tracking OKRs and KPIs for the organization aligned to overall Invesco / Tech & Ops strategy and goals.
- Utilizing TEI operational and financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ensuring timely and accurate reporting to support decision-making processes.
- Providing administrative and operational support to the Strategy, Operations & Execution Director/CAO of TEI and Head of TEI.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-10 years related work experience
- Demonstrated success and experience in executing initiatives and strategies
- Proven ability with verbal and written communications
- Structured, detailed approach to work and disciplined time management skills
- Proven experience working in a collaborative environment and building strong relationships at all levels of the organization
- A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, technology or related field of study or equivalent years of direct work experience.
