Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for building or expanding book of business
- Converting competitors' business
- Expanding assigned medium-sized accounts to large accounts
- Fostering customer satisfaction by maintaining customer contact and managing expectations
- Increasing revenue and profitability through generation of new business and development of existing accounts
- Generating new leads via networking, cold calling, and researching directories
- Routinely interacting face-to-face with customers

Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically requires a bachelor's degree

- Knowledge of industrial products: power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proficient understanding of key sales principles and best practices
- Ability to influence customers, while maintaining healthy relationships
- Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
- Ability to multitask and manage time well
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
