Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of Information Security support experience
  • 2+ years of Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Server and Workstation Operating Systems
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 / O365 administration and support
  • Experience with incident reporting and ticketing systems
  • Experience with network and computer security tools
  • Experience reviewing and analyzing security logs and reports
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity standards, frameworks, and best practices
  • Knowledge of business process analysis methodologies
  • Experience with Tenable and Splunk
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Associate Degree or current IT certifications
