About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage all grant-funded procurements and contracts throughout the procurement lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary procurement point of contact for grant-funded initiatives.
  • Attend planning, project management, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Develop, issue, award, and manage solicitations including: Requests for Proposals (RFPs) Requests for Quotations (RFQs) Requests for Grant Applications (RFGAs) Task Orders.
  • Issue and manage Intergovernmental Service Agreements (ISAs) with: Governor’s Office Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) Arizona Department of Economic Security (ADES).
  • Ensure procurement activities align with grant requirements and funding guidelines.
  • Maintain procurement documentation to support compliance, audits, and reporting requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate procurement and contract-related risks.
  • Coordinate with program leadership, finance teams, and procurement leadership to support agency objectives.
  • Ensure procurement strategies align with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of Procurement experience
  • Experience with State Government or Public Sector Procurement preferred
  • Project Management experience
  • Grants and Grant Contracting experience
  • Experience managing procurement solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, RFGAs, Task Orders)
  • Experience managing Intergovernmental Service Agreements (ISAs)
  • Strong contract administration and vendor management skills
  • Strong documentation, audit readiness, and compliance management experience
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
