About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, assess and execute implementation of strategies to optimize financial performance
- Manage and advise on various deep dives in collaboration with business areas to analyze profitability
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and execute value-enhancing opportunities
- Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on acquisition and disposition opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- FCIA/FSA, CPA, CFA or MBA, with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of insurance company value drivers, including earnings, LICAT capital, ROE
- Proven ability to work within a complex, regulated environment
- Must be bilingual in French and English for Quebec
