About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather business and program requirements for reporting and monitoring activities
- Conduct data analysis using trend analysis, outlier identification, and validation techniques
- Analyze grievance, appeals, service authorization, disputes, and contract monitoring data
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to data governance and reporting
- Create reports and dashboards for Bureau and Agency leadership
- Perform data quality verification and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams including IT, Managed Care, and external stakeholders
- Support process improvement initiatives and strategic projects
- Prepare and present analytical reports and recommendations
- Participate in professional development and training activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ Years experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of research design, data collection, manipulation, and analysis
- Experience with SAS, Excel, Python, and data analysis/reporting tools
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets using statistical techniques
- Experience preparing reports and presenting analytical findings
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Ability to predict trends and support data-driven decision making
