About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, configure, and maintain complex Epic research interfaces and integrations.
- Build and support secure API integrations between Epic, REDCap, OnCore, SPARC, and third-party applications.
- Develop HL7 and FHIR-based interfaces to securely exchange healthcare data.
- Create secure data structures, perform data validation, and support large-scale healthcare data analysis.
- Work closely with Epic Security teams to ensure compliance and secure clinical data exchange.
- Support Epic Research workflows and advanced Epic clinical build activities.
- Collaborate with OnCore and SPARC development teams to implement FHIR-based clinical trial integrations.
- Troubleshoot, test, maintain, and optimize enterprise healthcare interfaces.
- Support ongoing application development, enhancement, and integration initiatives.
- Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across the organization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Epic Bridges Certification (Mandatory)
- Cloverleaf Interface Engine Experience
- 7+ Years of Epic Technical Build Experience
- HL7 Interface Development
- FHIR API Development & Integration
- Healthcare Systems Integration Experience
- Web Services & API Development Experience
- Data Validation and Data Analysis Experience
