About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies.
Achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction.
Define supplier strategy including management and optimization of supplier panels.
Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers.
Negotiate terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement.
Manage claims. Includes commercial sourcing management such as data analysis, negotiations support, etc.
Developing specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field.
Serves as best practice/quality resource.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 12+ years of significant experience in the Sourcing & Commodity Management.
Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
