About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies.
- Achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction.
- Define supplier strategy including management and optimization of supplier panels.
- Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement.
- Manage claims. Includes commercial sourcing management such as data analysis, negotiations support, etc.
- Developing specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field.
- Serves as best practice/quality resource.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 12+ years of significant experience in the Sourcing & Commodity Management.
- Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
