About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create, own, and continuously improve contract management processes and procedures at the regional level
Design and implement vendor recovery processes and procedures to maximize contractual recoveries from suppliers and subcontractors
Manage and serve as the primary contract owner for key large customers
Lead claim mitigation efforts, identify emerging risks, and manage LD calculations and mitigation strategies across projects, warranty, and service contracts
Provide strategic contractual guidance to teams across projects, services, and transactional business
Support base contract language revisions and support enterprise-wide procedures, playbooks, and frameworks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
at least 7 years of experience in operations, commercial, sales, contract management, or project management functions
Significant experience supporting project execution, contracts, and service agreements
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
Experience with contract claim mitigation, liquidated damages calculations, and risk management
Familiarity with contract lifecycle management, including pre-award, execution, warranty, and services phases
