About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the finance activities for the trading subregional scope, which includes but not limited to closing, monitoring project and Sales Order creations
Drive accuracy of Backlog closing data from a Volume & Unit standpoint as well as correct margin converting in the income statement
Lead and coordinate with region on quarterly Project Reviews, reviewing operational performance
Propose and support enhancement of local processes, drive simplification and spread lean mindset
Report actual results to site and region leadership in timely manner adopting and leveraging automated central reporting
Provide guidance to team members, and other company departments.
Lead with principles. Mentorship in the development of other team members in the Finance organization.
Analyze financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insight to drive improvements.
Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
Minimum of 10 years of total experience in operations, project management, or service management, preferably in the power or utility sector.
FMP graduate or minimum 3 years experience in finance role.
In depth knowledge of SAP, Tableau.
Fluent English.
