About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the finance activities for the trading subregional scope, which includes but not limited to closing, monitoring project and Sales Order creations
- Drive accuracy of Backlog closing data from a Volume & Unit standpoint as well as correct margin converting in the income statement
- Lead and coordinate with region on quarterly Project Reviews, reviewing operational performance
- Propose and support enhancement of local processes, drive simplification and spread lean mindset
- Report actual results to site and region leadership in timely manner adopting and leveraging automated central reporting
- Provide guidance to team members, and other company departments.
- Lead with principles. Mentorship in the development of other team members in the Finance organization.
- Analyze financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insight to drive improvements.
- Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of total experience in operations, project management, or service management, preferably in the power or utility sector.
- FMP graduate or minimum 3 years experience in finance role.
- In depth knowledge of SAP, Tableau.
- Fluent English.
