About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead project quality activities across ITO and OTR phases
- Develop, implement, and maintain Project Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans
- Collaborate with Project Managers and teams for quality activities
- Support and oversee FATs, inspections, and project site visits
- Track project quality KPIs and manage deviations/non-conformances
- Perform root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Plan, conduct, and support project, process, supplier, and site audits
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 5–10+ years of experience in project quality, quality engineering, or quality management
- Strong working knowledge of IEEE, ANSI, NEC, NEMA, and ISO 9001 standards
- Experience with project quality plans, inspections & test plans, and supplier quality oversight
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Technical familiarity with transformers, switchgear, control panels, and fabrications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power BI, and SAP
