About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development and execution of the AI transformation program for the Grid Systems Integration (GSI) business
Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Business Line Lead to define the AI strategy and translate it into concrete initiatives
Identify and prioritize high-value use cases
Restructure workflows and operating models in line with the strategy and a Lean mindset
Drive deployment of AI initiatives and promote organization-wide adoption
Ensure measurable business impact to make AI a driver of sustainable competitive advantage
Develop strategic external partnerships

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3/4) in engineering, business, operations, computer science, data science, or a related field
Significant experience in business transformation, operations, digital transformation, AI, data analytics, or program leadership
Proven track record delivering cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
Strong understanding of AI, data analytics, automation, and digital technologies, with the ability to apply them to operational challenges
Experience leading small teams and the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
Experience working with internal capabilities and external partners
