About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support a global joint venture between GE and Baker Hughes
Play a critical part in financial planning, reporting, income statement analysis, and closing processes
Serve as a key finance partner to product, program, and cross-functional leaders
Oversee base cost management and cost allocation processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ISA/TSA agreements
Coordinate key planning cycles, including financial pacing and target setting
Contribute to preparation of financial materials for strategic reviews and leadership presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 5 years of finance experience
Graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program (FMP) or a comparable finance leadership program preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting
Experience in financial reporting, consolidations, and close processes
Strong expertise with ERP and financial systems, including HFM and Oracle
Demonstrated project leadership and process management capabilities
Proven ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams
Ability to influence stakeholders, challenge existing processes, and drive continuous improvement
Highly organized, self-motivated, and disciplined
