About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the end-to-end implementation of the BiQ Playbook within warehouse operations.
Translate strategic quality requirements into clear, executable standard work for logistics and inventory teams to ensure process consistency.
Lead the deployment of the 15 core elements of the BiQ Playbook across all assigned warehouses.
Conduct regular quality audits to verify compliance with internal standards and the BiQ framework.
Establish and oversee critical Quality Gates within the material flow.
Manage the triage and investigation of Non-Conformances (NCRs) within the assigned value streams.
Partner with cross-functional warehouse teams to reduce scrap and rework.
Act as a technical quality coach on the shop floor.
Analyze quality trends and performance metrics to identify systemic risks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
Proven experience in a quality or operations-focused role within a manufacturing or logistics setting.
Strong practical knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and structured problem-solving tools (e.g., 8D, RCA, 5-Why).
Experience with ERP systems and warehouse management platforms.
Ability to translate complex quality requirements into simple, actionable process instructions.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong knowledge of quality systems, Lean principles, corrective action processes, and nonconformance management.
