About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the end-to-end implementation of the BiQ Playbook within warehouse operations.
- Translate strategic quality requirements into clear, executable standard work for logistics and inventory teams to ensure process consistency.
- Lead the deployment of the 15 core elements of the BiQ Playbook across all assigned warehouses.
- Conduct regular quality audits to verify compliance with internal standards and the BiQ framework.
- Establish and oversee critical Quality Gates within the material flow.
- Manage the triage and investigation of Non-Conformances (NCRs) within the assigned value streams.
- Partner with cross-functional warehouse teams to reduce scrap and rework.
- Act as a technical quality coach on the shop floor.
- Analyze quality trends and performance metrics to identify systemic risks.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Proven experience in a quality or operations-focused role within a manufacturing or logistics setting.
- Strong practical knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and structured problem-solving tools (e.g., 8D, RCA, 5-Why).
- Experience with ERP systems and warehouse management platforms.
- Ability to translate complex quality requirements into simple, actionable process instructions.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, Lean principles, corrective action processes, and nonconformance management.
