About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with the Global Manufacturing Engineering Leader
Develop and deploy global standards that improve the reliability, availability, and performance of Aero Alliance’s manufacturing equipment and processes
Analyze data and work cross-functionally to implement proactive measures that improve processes
Responsible for cost reduction through standardization of equipment and processes
Establish standards, ensuring adherence to these standards
Focal point for new technology introductions, asset transfers, new process introductions
Coach and influence a dotted-line organization, comprising factory manufacturing engineers
Leverage analytical skills, lean methodology to drive SQDC in line with business and functional objectives
Acquiring strong technical knowledge and extensive exposure to manufacturing, engineering, quality, and safe process development
Lead investigations into failures and chronic issues, identifying root causes and implementing robust corrective actions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
7+ years of industrial experience in manufacturing or quality.
5+ years of experience in a technical role (manufacturing engineer or similar) with expertise in Machining processes and equipment (ex: grinding, milling, turning, EDM, etc.)
Strong knowledge of engineering concepts and quality processes
Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings, and schematics
Project Management skills and experience
Fluency in English in writing and speaking
