About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with external and internal customers to understand their unique needs, crafting winning technical proposals for value-added service and upgrade offers
Own the technical delivery of turbine service projects, coordinating resources to drive project schedules while maintaining rigorous engineering Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost standards
Oversee the technical integrity of Bills of Material, part definitions, and procurement requirements
Serve as the primary technical interface between Sales, Commercial, Project Management, Sourcing, and Field teams
Use AI and digital platforms to streamline work, boost productivity, and enhance quality
Develop Field Modification Instructions and provide critical technical support during installation planning and outage activities
Champion Lean methodology and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline
7+ years of relevant engineering experience in power generation, specifically with turbine or generator technology, accessories, controls, or balance of plant
Strong track record of delivering on complex challenges across multiple simultaneous projects
Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in additional languages being a plus.
