About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for planning and forecasting of sourcing $100M+ functional costs
Support planning cycles as well as monthly and quarterly pacing in partnership with Sourcing CFO and Sourcing GMs
Control and report savings and inflation/deflation of Heavy Duty New Units, Aero and generator projects sourcing
Drive Vendor Recovery and Claims monthly calls
Responsible for financial reporting of indirect sourcing accounts $1.2B of spend
Ensure alignment with indirect sourcing organization on savings reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Finance, accounting, economics topics or related fields
Major operations finance and people leader experience
Fluency in English is essential
Strong oral and written communication skills in cross functional conversations
Clear thinker
Self-motivated, results-oriented and assertive individual
