About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide a high level of service and professionalism to internal clients
Experience in an investment environment and understanding of basic accounting principles is preferred
Daily trade settlements across various asset types
Liaise between trading, broker/dealer, custody, fund accounting to facilitate investigation and resolution of settlement issues
Support and back up across the Operations team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of products and processes used in the institutional investment industry
Strong analytical, logical and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadline driven tasks
Strong attention to detail
Advanced computer skills - Excel is a must
Ability to work independently but possess the ability to work effectively within a group with a team focus
Commitment to change and ongoing development
Enrolment in CFA program would be an asset
