About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- financial analysis and modeling
- managing a team
- preparing client presentations and interacting with senior bankers and clients
- researching and analyzing clients' financial situations, industry and market data, and mergers and acquisition opportunities
- valuing private and public companies
- performing complex financial and M&A modeling
- preparing external client proposals and internal underwriting memos
- assisting with client negotiations and documentation
- providing structure, transactional and marketing support at a professional and subject matter expert level to support senior team members as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors’ degree from a leading university
- 2+ years working in investment banking, investing, corporate development or related roles (prior Software Technology coverage preferred, but not required)
- Series 79 and 63 licenses must be obtained within four months of hire date
