About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Determine clients' financial goals and lifestyle, provide comprehensive assessments, and build long-term relationships through expertise in financial planning, relationship development, and ongoing service delivery.
- Perform relevant analyses, produce reports and draw conclusions from results; make recommendations and continuously assess the effectiveness of programs, policies, and practices.
- Contribute to achieving team and department objectives by strengthening the quality of customer service and demonstrating dedication.
- Oversee service delivery and productivity; evaluate effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.
- Fully participate as a team member and promote a positive, service-oriented work environment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Diploma in Financial Planning awarded by the Institut de planification financière prior to the start date
- Obtain the Registered Representative (RR) registration with the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC), if not already held.
- Three to five years of banking experience
- Bilingual (French and English) required to serve the English-speaking clients in the community.
