• Process orders and advise on product selection
• Handle complaints and manage warranties for high-value customers
• Coordinate sales activities and customer requirements with local field sales teams

Inside Sales Representative

• Consult and support business departments in SAP FI/CO (ECC & S/4HANA)
• Analyze, design, and implement end-to-end finance processes
• Contribute to S/4HANA transformations, migrations, and rollouts
• Perform customizing and optimization in: FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting), CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Internal Orders)
• Ensure integration with other SAP modules and non-SAP systems
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support
• Drive continuous process improvements and automation initiatives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners
