About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supporting the Social Media Center of Excellence
  • Creating compelling social media content
  • Managing and engaging on social platforms

  • Monitoring feeds and social media analytics reports
  • Helping to create research and content assets and supporting materials to execute social media campaigns
  • Monitoring day-to-day content on social media platforms

  • Developing paid social advertising plans and social strategies with advertising execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree with a focus in marketing, business, communications or a related field
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
  • Previous experience in social media and basic social content design
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong business aptitude and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Emerging leadership skills demonstrated through students organizations, academic products, or community involvement
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and Adobe Creative Cloud products such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is a plus
  • Self-starter who is eager to learn and acquire new skills.
